Safe Clothes

Good news everybody.

I had every piece of clothing triple checked. First it was all x-rayed. Then each piece was individually scanned with a metal detector - even the unmentionables. But, I wont mention those. Then the seams on each garment were hand checked. Even the socks which don't have seams. Then every piece of toiletry was wanded. Every, until she got to the razor. She picked it up and looked at it with a curious smile then set it aside and continued with other items. So, I could fly with a calm that comes from knowing that my clothes are safe.

Hopefully, your dentures are safe too. And your wig too.

The first time I left Israel, back in 2001, for a vacation back in the Philiipines, the security team gave me (and my luggage) such a hard time at inspection that I threw a tantrum. Then I realized that I had to be nice as I was representing the World Centre in a manner of speaking. So I stopped being ballistic, and smiled sweetly . . . as they stripped me of my clothings.

Ghastly.

You never know when an unattended razor could go on an unauthorized rampage.
So the big question is - did you get it back?

Ailsa, were you referring to the razor returning to Behi? Or the rampage?

So confused.

Well, the razor was put into the pile of things that were inspected and returned to check-in baggage as such.

To end all confusion, I recieved the razor, but I recieved no rampage.
